Job summary

Unió Digital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery across IT, cabling, and security engagements. You will coordinate resources and budgets, manage schedules and change orders, and lead client communications from kickoff to closeout.

This role requires 3+ years of PM experience in MSP or related contexts, PMP preferred, and comfort with tools like HaloPSA or MS Project. Travel within AZ/Nevada/Mexico is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management in MSP, low voltage, or commercial construction context.
• PMP or equivalent project management discipline preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with project tools (HaloPSA, Microsoft Project, or comparable).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Run project kickoff, scope confirmation, and resource allocation.
• Manage schedules, change orders, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate field, service desk, and engineering resources.
• Lead client communication from kickoff through closeout.
• Drive project documentation and handoff to recurring service teams
