Qualifications

• Senior IT Enterprise Architect with knowledge of PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma and CMMI.
• Experience collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure for a large-scale government enterprise.
• Provide technical guidance across EA frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF).
• Collaborate with leaders, planners, developers, and subcontractors to align IT strategy with budget constraints.
