Capital Health in New Jersey seeks a senior IT leader to drive the information technology vision and collaborate with the CIO and VP IT Operations on strategic initiatives.

You will lead governance, project management, and enterprise technology efforts, ensuring HIPAA compliance, disaster recovery, and strong vendor relationships across clinical and non-clinical systems. 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, full-time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Five years of experience in Information Technology, with two years in leadership.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork, verbal and written communication.

• Develop IT roadmap and budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee governance, policies, and project management across IT portfolio.
