Job Description

UC Health is hiring a full-time IT Sr. Systems Analyst for the Access Patient Experience Team. Provides direction to technology infrastructure or application systems teams, defines, develops, and maintains system applications, and facilitates complex IS&T initiatives and projects across multiple operational and technical areas.

Lead analyst responsible for design, optimization, and maintenance of Patient Scheduling Access technologies, including Epic Cadence and Decision Tree, and other related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant field required, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years of analyst experience required.
• Epic Cadence Certification required; additional Epic modules may be required.

Responsibilities

System Development and Support

• Design and define systems, coordinate with vendors, evaluate hardware/software, and follow change management procedures.

Project Management

• Collaborate with leadership to resolve project risks, manage schedules and budgets, facilitate cross-team activities, and maintain project documentation.

Administration

• Participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and monitor staff workload and quality.

Customer Relationship & Coordination

• Coordinate leadership meetings, ensure high client satisfaction, and align systems with business processes.
