Qualifications

• High school diploma and IT certifications (e.g. MCITP, MCSE, etc.).
• Associate or Bachelors in IT preferred.
• Experience supporting business users in a Microsoft-centric environment preferred.
• Network troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and IT support to empower team members across the organization.
• Install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Respond to service requests, document completed work, and assist with IT projects.
• Support the organization’s phone system and related technologies.
