Leidos is seeking an IT Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to join our team. The role covers advanced system installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to keep our IT operations running smoothly across Navy-related networks.
Responsibilities include upgrades, Tier III troubleshooting, and coordinating with cyber security staff; strong IP/DNS/DHCP and routing knowledge is essential. DoD Secret and DoD IAT II certification are required; vendor OS/network certifications are preferred.

SMIT MCEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport portion of SMIT MCEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network.
The qualified candidate will perform advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting in order to maintain optimum Information Technology (IT) system operations.
