Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain IT systems in stand‑alone and client‑server environments, including MS server and other IT systems.
• Integrate multiple information systems in a networked environment.
• Evaluate and resolve customer IS problems.
• Perform hardware upgrades and repairs to maintain mission capability.
• Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and server hardware/software for network operation.
• Install, optimize, and troubleshoot LANs and BANs.
• Work with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT.
