• Troubleshoot desktop, network, VM, and hardware/software issues.
• Support cybersecurity risk assessments, security awareness training, incident reporting, and A&A documentation.
• Assist with routers, switches, databases, mobile technologies, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio.
