Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of software testing experience.
• Experience creating regression, functional, unit, integration, performance and end-to-end test cases.
• Ability to design test scenarios and execute across SIT, Performance, and UAT.
• Capable of writing test case specifications and enabling automation and data generation.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and prepare clear bug reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Create and generate reports using PowerBuilder, SQL, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares high-level and comprehensive test plans and scope for phases of testing.
• Develops test strategy based on functionality and business needs.
• Perform manual and automated functional testing, GUI testing, defect management and regression testing.
• Capture, monitor, and analyze test results to ensure end-to-end usability.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders during requirements analysis.
• Review User Requirements and Design Documents with the client.
• Translate requirements into testable cases and traceability documents.
• Design and generate reports based on user needs using SQL and MS Office.
• Coordinate project timelines and sprint plans; manage meetings and action items.
• Extensive use of JIRA to track issues, roadmaps, and backlogs.
