Basys is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across the organization. You will deploy equipment, update systems, and troubleshoot issues while delivering hands-on IT assistance to staff.

As part of The Way We Work, you will help maintain secure access and contribute to a reliable IT environment with on-call rotations as needed.

• Assist in managing user accounts and security access levels in all systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to ensure continuous operation of IT services and support for critical issues.
