Bryan Construction Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across offices and project sites. You will deploy devices, maintain inventories, coordinate vendor interactions, and ensure a reliable user experience while following security standards.
The role reports to the IT Director and requires collaboration with MSP and technology partners to resolve requests and support field-based IT needs.
The IT Specialist provides hands-on technical support and assists with daily technology operations across Bryan Construction. The role focuses on supporting employees with common technology issues, preparing and deploying company devices, coordinating routine vendor interactions, maintaining accurate technology inventories, and ensuring a consistent and reliable user experience. This position reports to the IT Director and supports the day-to-day execution of Bryan Construction’s technology program. The role works directly with employees, MSP, and other technology partners to coordinate service requests, prepare and maintain company devices, assist with technology procurement, and provide onsite support across Bryan Construction locations.

This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule during regular business hours. Ability to travel to multiple locations or job sites daily or weekly as needed. Work may require occasional weekend and evening work.
