Job summary

Armanino LLP seeks an Experienced Associate to perform ITGC procedures and support IT risk assessments for audit clients. You will identify control gaps, document findings, and help improve clients’ information systems and security posture.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows/UNIX, SQL databases, cloud environments, and change-management processes, with an emphasis on documentation and project coordination. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, IT, or related field.
• 1+ year of public accounting or internal audit with SOX/ITGC exposure preferred.
• Ability to document controls and communicate findings clearly.
• Knowledge of IT systems, processes, and control environments.

Responsibilities

• Primarily perform ITGC procedures for internal audit support engagements.
• Assess, identify, and document controls and weaknesses in client information systems.
• Develop understanding of clients’ platforms, security, and change management practices.
• Prepare audit workpapers and maintain supporting documentation.
