Solvita is seeking a Solutions Associate to join our Information Technology team. You will support the Solutions Architect by implementing and maintaining scalable solutions, documenting technical details, and providing development support across projects.

You’ll learn the business, engage with departments, field end-user questions, and help translate needs into practical enhancements. This role grows with you as you contribute to cross-functional initiatives and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaison between managers, end users, and Solutions Architect.
• Ability to understand big picture and build integrative systems across data and daily workflows.
• Curiosity for research and staying current with industry trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Within 1 month: learn business processes, meet departments, understand existing solutions.
• Within 6 months: liaise between Solutions Architect, managers and end users; assist in development tasks and documentation.
• Within 12 months: own documentation and support processes; conduct independent research for enhancements; contribute to project delivery efficiency.
