About the Role:

This role involves analyzing, designing, modifying, and programming software enhancements or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based, or internet-related applications. The code may be used in commercial or end-user applications.

What You Will Do:

1. Utilize current programming languages and technologies.
2. Write code and complete programming tasks.
3. Perform testing and debugging of applications.
4. Document procedures for installation and maintenance.
5. Interact with users to define system requirements and implement modifications.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Preferably 8+ years of professional software design and development experience.
4. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean.
5. Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and others listed, but not all are required.
6. Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar tools is preferred.
7. Strong understanding of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
8. Expertise in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
9. Knowledge of ORM and creating AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
10. 5+ years in banking or financial services domain, or comparable experience.
11. Experience transitioning from on-premises solutions to AWS.
12. Experience with modern financial systems and large migration projects is a plus.

Additional Information:

Salary range: $103,511.83 - $191,170.01, determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Role eligible for annual performance incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, and more.
