Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficient in navigating large codebases using GitHub and Sourcegraph to understand system behavior.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications and user interfaces (courses, internships, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with full-stack development using React, Go, Node.js, Python and SQL.
  • Experience deploying applications in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of centralized authentication and MFA systems.
  • Comfort with local development workflows and debugging.
  • Experience performing integration testing ahead of deployment.
  • Strong organization and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in documenting open questions and clarifying requirements.

  • Write and optimize queries to expose data between systems.

  • Document requirements gaps and edge cases to support execution.

We are looking for an entry-level Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute across the stack-from fine-tuning user experiences to enabling seamless system integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment, enjoys solving practical problems, and values clear written communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Proficient in navigating large codebases using GitHub (branches, PRs, reviews) and Sourcegraph (code search, cross-repo tracing) to understand system behavior and dependencies
  • Hands-on experience developing applications and user interfaces (coursework, internships, or personal projects welcome)
  • Familiarity with full-stack development using React, Go, Node.js, Python, and SQL
  • Experience deploying applications in a corporate environment
  • Understanding of centralized authentication and MFA systems
  • Comfort with local development workflows and debugging
  • Experience performing integration testing ahead of deployment
  • Strong organization and communication skills, especially in written form
  • A proactive mindset for documenting open questions and clarifying requirements
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL or Retool
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2)
Pay

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
