Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• 1+ year of progressive system development experience for IT Software Developer I; GIS/enterprise apps experience preferred.
• Three+ years for IT Software Developer II; includes .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, cloud and AI-assisted tools.
• Six+ years for IT Software Developer III with leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and support of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers and internal customers to implement new systems and modifications.
• Prepare technical docs, participate in testing, deployment, and security practices.
• Mentor interns and contribute to technical decision-making for moderately complex projects.
