Application Developer II

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support application solutions aligned to business needs.
• Work independently with minimal direction to complete assigned technical tasks.
• Collaborate with IT analysts and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant application development experience OR 1+ year in an Application Developer I role.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft development tools, .NET frameworks, SAP ABAP, or comparable technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to complete technical tasks independently.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality work in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications
