Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Mineral Point, WI is seeking an IT Site Operations Support Tech to maintain IT systems and end-user productivity across Mineral Point, Stoughton, and Janesville.

You will install, configure, patch Windows PCs/servers, manage Tanium and Macrium Reflect, support network infrastructure, escort vendors, and ensure Cummins IT standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant training preferred.
• Licensing for export controls may be required.
• Extensive experience through specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support servers, network equipment, UPS, data closets, and client devices.
• Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and servers.
• Use Tanium for endpoint management and patching.
• Use Macrium Reflect for imaging, backup, and system recovery.
• Support network infrastructure, including MDFs/IDFs, switch ports, cabling, and documentation.
• Coordinate and escort vendors performing onsite IT work.
• Work with plant personnel and IT teams to follow Cummins IT standards and best practices.
• Provide onsite support and travel between Mineral Point, Stoughton, and Janesville as needed.

We are looking for a talented IT Site Operations Support Tech to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

Education/Experience

• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
