Creative Tech, a fast-growing IT consulting firm, is seeking an IT Shipping Coordinator to manage the flow of IT hardware including shipping, receiving, and tracking equipment.

This role focuses on logistics and inventory within the IT department, ensuring hardware moves smoothly from incoming repairs to outbound shipments, with attention to detail and customer service.

In person in Skokie, IL, the position offers full-time hours and an hourly pay of $17–$20, with benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Document incoming packages using our ticketing system.
• Process and distribute packages to departments.
• Prepare IT equipment for shipping safely.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors for shipments and claims.
• Support other departments as needed.

Role Overview:

As an IT Shipping Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of IT hardware — with a primary focus on shipping, receiving, and tracking equipment. This role is centered around logistics and inventory management within the IT department, ensuring hardware moves efficiently through our process, from incoming repairs to outbound shipments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellent customer service will be vital in keeping our logistics process running smoothly.
