Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an IT professional to plan, design, build and maintain IT services, projects, portfolios, products and processes. You will create and assign detailed tasks to subordinates and manage budgets for small projects under minimal supervision.

Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to deliver reliable solutions, document activities, and help optimize service delivery across the organization, ensuring alignment with governance and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work with remote project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform, manage and document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners.
• Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements and assist others in planning and prioritizing work.
• Assist in creation of documentation for products and services and monitor adherence to standards.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders.
• Manage IT operational planning activities, including outage support coordination, vendor engagement, asset lifecycle management and budgeting.
• Provide training and feedback to less experienced personnel and maintain technical knowledge.
