Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a senior IT leader to partner with IT Directors and business units in developing technology solutions and supporting IT services and products.

Lead a team responsible for translating business requirements into technology solutions, manage a budget over $2 million, and drive digital and AI initiatives across Nuclear and Power businesses. You will help prioritize projects, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and shape a strategic technology plan with key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Leadership, management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to develop and support Digital solutions across Nuclear and Power businesses (including AI and other automation).
• Work with the Sr. Manager of Digital Strategy to drive increased adoption and usage of AI solutions within Generation IT.
• Partner with peers across IT to ensure teams collaborate and avoid collisions between strategies.
• Drive process improvement and adopt standard Management Model processes for top quartile cost and performance.
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel while promoting diversity and teamwork.
• Maintain relationships with business areas and clients; facilitate governance forums handling investment and tech strategy; travel extensively.
• Manage a budget totaling over $2 million annually.
• Oversee maintenance, support and minor enhancements of applications and systems for the product portfolio.
• Prioritize small project investments and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
