Job summary

Office of the New York State Comptroller seeks a Manager of Information Technology Services 2 to lead enterprise delivery, modernization, and digital solutions. You will oversee teams delivering secure, scalable systems aligned with OSC’s mission, with emphasis on project management, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams (2–5 years).
• Strong project management skills including scheduling, time and procurement management.
• Technical writing experience with evaluating materials, proposals and SOWs.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organization levels.
• Strong organizational management in a team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate systems analysis, design, application development, maintenance, implementation and QA activities.
• Provide strategic leadership over enterprise application delivery, modernization, integration, automation, and content driven digital solutions.
• Oversee managers and staff developing secure, scalable, and accessible systems supporting OSC’s mission and modernization.
