Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a senior IT leader to oversee a broad range of technology domains including Unified Communications, Network, Security, Systems Engineering, Desktop Management, Service Desk, Enterprise Applications, and Identity Access Management. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, oversee vendors, and ensure successful project delivery and smooth operations across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in related field such as Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• Eight years of relevant technical and business experience across multiple technologies and business functions.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of area-specific concepts and best practices.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to manage system implementation life cycle activities and processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Unified Communications, Network, Security, Systems Engineering, Desktop Management, Service Desk, Enterprise Application Administration, or Identity Access Management team
• Acts as a point of escalation for any user or business stakeholder issues
• Establishes and maintains relationships with business units to understand their environments and communications needs
• Recommends and oversees implementation of unified communications, desktop infrastructure, security, systems engineering, network solutions, service management, enterprise system applications, or identity management solutions
• Develops and oversees training plans to improve technical staff performance
• Oversees project management for area-specific projects from analysis to operations
• Ensures SLAs are met and governance controls are applied with metrics
• Conducts incident and problem management and root cause analysis within SLAs
• Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors and oversees procurement and services
• Develops and implements team plan in support of Techncial Services objectives
• Manages team budget and acts to stay within budget
