Job summary

CTI Resource Management seeks a Program Analyst to support CNIC IT customer service across enterprise environments. The role will manage ticketing, onboard new hires, and coordinate IT assets and services.

The candidate should have a High School education with 6 years of direct IT experience, and be capable of handling vendor invoices and asset tracking while ensuring timely project coordination and end-user support.

Qualifications

• HS and 6 years of direct work experience with IT to develop and/or integrate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT customer service, technical expertise enterprise wide for CNIC via phone, email, onsite or through tickets submitted through a ticketing tracking system (BMC Helix).
• Perform task order management by creating, removing and transferring services to and from task orders. Review services placed on the order mods to ensure that all requirements are captured and then submit for processing.
• Onboard new hires by creating their NMCI/Flank Speed email, assigning a computer and setting up IT equipment at their assigned location.
