Job summary

CTI Resource Management is seeking a Program Analyst (ACTR) to join the CNIC IT support team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on enterprise-wide IT customer service, asset and task-order management, and onboarding new hires with workstations and access setup.

You will lead project coordination for IT initiatives, analyze business processes, and help standardize SOPs to improve end-user efficiency and issue resolution. Strong coordination and communication are essential.

Qualifications

HS diploma and 6 years direct IT work experience.
Experience leading teams to Enterprise goals.
Familiar with enterprise IT service management and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

Provides IT customer service enterprise wide via phone, email, onsite or tickets.
Manage task orders: create, remove, transfer services, review mods, and validate invoices.
Onboard new hires: email setup, computer provisioning, network port activation.
