Lookers is seeking a first-line IT Service Desk Agent to deliver a seamless service experience and resolve incidents in line with SLAs. You’ll support users across devices, collaborate with IT teams, and participate in ongoing service improvements.

The role emphasises customer service excellence, teamwork, and proactive problem solving within a dynamic automotive retail environment.
