Job summary

Inspiroz, part of ACS InternationalResources, is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery for schools and corporate clients. You will oversee a remote support team, on-site technicians, and client contacts under the Director of Service Delivery, including travel within the territory (35%).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client and team management, with IT service delivery oversight experience, and a technology background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years in client and team management roles.
• Ability to lead teams and provide technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings to review service status, onsite priorities, open tickets, and escalations.
• Act as the primary service owner for assigned clients, driving issues to resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Serve as an escalation coordination point—understand issues, assign next steps, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Regular onsite client visits to engage stakeholders, support field and remote teams, and ensure service quality.
