What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation of enhancements to PeopleSoft applications
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather functional requirements and develop technical designs
- Design, code, test, and implement complex programs while ensuring quality standards are met
- Provide support for production systems, resolving problems and optimizing performance
- Mentor and assign work to less experienced team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of applicable work experience; 5 years in a healthcare setting preferred
- Expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft v9.x HR and/or Finance/Supply Chain application modules
- Demonstrated experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQL
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Peoplesoft application performance tuning and SQL tuning
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience with at least two major Peoplesoft implementations and/or upgrades
- Proven ability to peer review functional and technical tasks
- Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
