Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or a relevant field; 7+ years IT/automation experience.
• Associate degree with 10 years IT/automation experience; GMP environment preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership or project management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach SMEs to sustain a high performing IT team.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN practices and KPIs.
• Coordinate 24/7 IT support and governance with stakeholders.
• Develop strategic IT direction aligned with site production goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and validation for IT changes.
