Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks an IT Business Analyst Senior to join the ARMS team, collaborating with Global Product, IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements from inception through deployment.

You will translate objectives into user stories, participate in planning, design and testing, and help drive secure, scalable solutions for our enterprise customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translates business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed technical specifications.
• Leads Agile ceremonies and facilitates structured walkthroughs of requirements.
• Coordinates meetings to define capabilities and requirements for business strategy.
• Participates in all SDLC phases including planning, design, testing and maintenance.
• Assists QA/QE with test execution scenarios and issue tracking.
• Researches and analyzes complex systems to inform solution design.
• Communicates enhancements and tracks stakeholder questions across IT teams.

The Automated Rental Management System (ARMS®) provides replacement rental management services and software solutions to insurance companies, dealerships, fleets, and collision repair centers. The ARMS team has an exciting opportunity for a IT Business Analyst Senior to join the team! Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Global Product team, our business stakeholders, IT Management and software development teams to maintain and build new solutions to support future growth. The scope of your role includes developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting and maintaining business and functional requirements for our software applications. You will collaborate with the Product team and evaluate their requests to determine feasibility, research, identify and present options that best serve business needs. In addition, you will participate in all areas of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance/process improvement (retrospectives). Key Responsibilities:

• Translates business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed technical specifications.

• Strong system analysis skills and ability to research complex systems.

• Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define business strategy.

• Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.

• May lead acceptance testing to ensure stakeholder/user needs are met.

• Presents information regarding enhancements and tracks and responds to questions from business and IT team members.

• Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications; communicates how problems will affect business; recommends solutions.

• Lead Agile ceremonies.

• Assist QA/QE with test execution scenarios and issues.

• Possesses broad knowledge of the IT environment and Enterprise’s lines of business.

• Exceptional problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills to interpret data and convey complex technical designs to various audiences.
