Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience in web application development and database management.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in application development and database technologies; guide junior staff and project teams.
• Lead or contribute to high/medium complexity projects from design to deployment; develop automation workflows and documentation.
• Design, develop, and deploy Copilot-enabled solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities like automation and decision support.
• Design and maintain web-based applications with modern frameworks; diagnose performance issues.
• Develop and manage relational/non-relational databases; optimize SQL and stored procedures.
• Design and implement system integrations and APIs between enterprise systems.
• Create Copilot Agents and API integrations; support data integration workflows and ETL processes.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
