Job summary

The PA Public Utility Commission is seeking an IT Contractor with at least 2 years of experience in information security and support to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. The role focuses on providing technology support and handling security incidents in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Microsoft servers, O365, and incident ticketing systems, plus familiarity with Tenable and Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security related support (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in helpdesk related support (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
• Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
• Experience with network and computer security testing tools.
• Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
• Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
• Associate’s degree or current certifications within information technology.
