Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an IT Security Specialist III for a 12-month contract in Denver, CO. The role focuses on executive cyber protection, risk management, threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring to safeguard executives and their families.

The position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work with security, legal, HR, and communications teams, delivering playbooks, dashboards, and risk-based guidance. Onsite work in Denver.

Qualifications

• Executive-facing security professional with discretion and ability to engage senior leaders.
• Experience triaging and mitigating cyber threats including PII exposure, impersonation, fraud, social engineering, and online risk.
• Strong knowledge of OSINT, data aggregation ecosystems, digital exposure reduction, PII removals, impersonation takedowns, and open/deep/dark web monitoring.
• Skilled in analyzing threat intelligence, identifying patterns and escalation indicators, and developing playbooks, dashboards, processes, and case management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborating with security, executive protection, legal, HR, communications, vendors; using Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.

As an IT Security Specialist III , you will:
Summary:
Experienced cybersecurity professional with expertise in executive cyber protection, digital risk management, threat intelligence, and cybercrime defense. Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks related to PII exposure, impersonation, fraud, social engineering, deepfakes, and executive targeting. Strong background in OSINT investigations, digital footprint reduction, online takedowns, brand protection, and dark web monitoring. Proven ability to assess threats, triage incidents, and coordinate with security, executive protection, legal, HR, and communications teams. Adept at developing playbooks, governance frameworks, reporting dashboards, and risk-based operations while providing trusted, confidential advisory support to senior executives and their families.
Required Skills:

• Executive-facing security professional with strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and ability to engage senior leaders effectively.
• Experienced in identifying, triaging, and mitigating cyber threats including PII exposure, impersonation, fraud, social engineering, and online risk.
• Strong knowledge of OSINT, data aggregation ecosystems, digital exposure reduction, PII removals, impersonation takedowns, and open/deep/dark web monitoring.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $75 - $80/hr W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
