Job summary

Arrow Financial Corporation is seeking an IT Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day security program, protect information assets, monitor events, and lead a team of security analysts in Glens Falls, NY. This 100% on-site role requires strong leadership and incident-response skills.

You will manage SIEM/EDR/SOAR, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX), collaborating with infrastructure and cloud teams to implement security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Team and develop security operations policies and procedures.
• Provide management, coaching, training, and support to team members to promote professional development and maintain a strong security environment.
• Oversee security monitoring, alert management and incident response activities using SIEM/EDR/SOAR and other security technologies.
• Oversee vulnerability management, risk assessment, remediation tracking and reporting for IT senior management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and network teams to implement security best practices.
