Job Description

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with security platforms such as Cisco networks, Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco ASA, Blue Coat web content filtering, and Symantec anti-virus.
2. Experience with Cisco ASA Firewall troubleshooting and policy change requests for new IP segments.
3. Supporting Level 2 and Level 3 Security Issues.
4. Familiarity with Protocols such as OSPF, ACL, NAT, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and DHCP.
5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
6. Superior customer service skills, especially with non-technical users.
7. Experience with VSM ticket management system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
