Job summary

Niron Magnetics seeks a Manager of IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance to own the security program, policies, standards, and audit activities. You will manage regulatory compliance, oversee the FSO/ITPSO duties, and coordinate with DCSA and customers on security requirements.

You will drive the governance framework for IT, OT, and cloud, handle risk, vulnerability management, and incident response readiness, and partner with leadership to ensure continuous regulatory compliance and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in information security, with governance, risk, and compliance focus.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC 2, DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, EAR, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define the security policy and standards framework across IT, OT, cloud, and facilities.
• Lead regulatory compliance and audit activities including NIST, CMMC, and DFARS.
• Own GCC/GCC High compliance posture and data handling for CUI.
• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) and ITPSO with DCSA coordination.
• Own insider threat program and risk management together with leadership.
