Job summary

Sciens Logistics seeks a Manager of IT, Information Security & Compliance to own the design, security, and governance of its global IT environment. You will build security capabilities, implement NIST controls, and prepare for C-TPAT, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 audits, while guiding executive leadership.

You will lead hands-on IT infrastructure work, from Microsoft 365 to security architecture, and mentor a growing team as the company scales operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of total IT experience.
• 3–5+ years in security, compliance, or infrastructure leadership.
• Hands-on experience implementing NIST 800-53 or 800-171.

Responsibilities

• Design, security, and governance of global IT environment.
• Build and secure systems; prepare for C-TPAT cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Implement security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Establish vendor risk management and third-party security reviews.
• Prepare for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
