Job summary

Hilti Fieldwire, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Engineering Manager, IT & Security to lead a small team of IT specialists and security analysts, manage internal IT, security, and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture and streamline operations.

You will guide audits, develop security projects, implement best practices, and drive ongoing process improvements across IT and security functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Security and IT, incl. at least 1 year in management.
• Experience building security guidelines and processes across teams.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks.
• Experience managing audits/certifications (ISO 27001:2022, SOC2) preferred.
