Job summary

Cambridge Mobile Telematics is seeking an IT Security Engineer II to join the security team in Cambridge, MA. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and reports to the leader of IT Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in IT Security.
• Enterprise environment security role experience with macOS/iOS and Windows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Understanding of cloud security concepts and governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks related to IT security, infrastructure, and IT-managed cloud solutions.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for internal Help Desk.
• Implement security controls and best practices across SaaS, email security, IdP, etc.
• Investigate vulnerabilities and respond to incidents with containment and remediation.
• Maintain security playbooks and assist in audits and tabletop exercises.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders on security-related projects.
