Job summary

Lumafield, a hardware and software company with offices in San Francisco, seeks an IT & Security Administrator to support daily IT operations and strengthen security and compliance.

You will manage Google Workspace, device lifecycle, MFA/SSO, and security tooling while partnering with Engineering and Security to scale IT as Lumafield grows.

This hands-on role emphasizes automation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration across global offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT systems administration or IT support.
• Experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO and MFA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for Lumafield employees across offices.
• Manage lifecycle of company devices: procurement, provisioning, enrollment, deployment, inventory, retirement.
• Administer core IT systems including Google Workspace, Rippling, MDM, and other SaaS apps.
• Manage user identities, access requests, permissions, and lifecycle processes.
• Help maintain endpoint security, patch management, and security tooling (SentinelOne, Vanta).
• Support compliance initiatives across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR with technical controls & audit evidence.
