Colony Brands Inc. is seeking an IT Security Engineer to promote and execute information security programs, policies and regulatory compliance across the organization. This onsite role in Monroe, Wisconsin focuses on strengthening security controls and ensuring policy adherence.

You'll work across IT to deploy technical controls, monitor compliance, and coordinate incident responses within a lean team that values broad security expertise and multi-tasking. This position is onsite in Monroe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 3+ years' related business experience.
• Broad understanding of information security and IT auditing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program.
• Define processes and standards to ensure security configurations are maintained.
• Promote information security policies, monitor compliance, and investigate security incidents.
• Coordinate with IT and project teams to deploy new security controls.
• Coordinate with Managed service SOC for centralized logging and incident identification.
