Job summary

Dauch seeks an IT Security College Co-Op to join its Security Operations Center. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts, supporting incident response and risk management efforts. This role targets students pursuing IT or cybersecurity degrees.

You will work at least 25 hours per week year-round, gaining hands-on experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, and network monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations to protect our IT environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a full-time IT, cybersecurity, or CS degree.
• Graduation December 2027 or later.
• Available to work 25+ hours per week year-round.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and manage security alerts and events in the SOC.
• Investigate, elevate, and respond to security incidents.
• Perform daily security operations including threat hunting and incident management.
• Use tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and network monitoring to detect and prevent threats.
