Digital Hands in Tampa, FL is seeking a Tier 1 IT Security Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) as the first line of response for customer support, monitoring, and security incident triage.
This full-time onsite role runs Fri–Mon from 1:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced managed security services environment and close collaboration with security and operations teams to protect customer environments.

In this role, you'll monitor customer environments, investigate alerts, respond to security events, and support incident management activities across a wide range of systems and technologies. You'll work closely with security and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
