Job summary

Emerson Health is seeking an IT Security Analyst I to join the Information Security team. You will provide security operations coverage and platform administration, monitoring tickets, alerts, and incidents daily while maintaining and optimizing security applications.

You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement controls and coordinate changes, with rotating on-call shifts. The role reports to the Information Security Officer and requires strong English communication skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related specialty strongly preferred, and/or equivalent experience/ training.
Minimum of one year of information technology experience, preferably in desktop support or similar role.
Awareness of cybersecurity and privacy principles, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and remediation.
A valid Massachusetts Driver`s License may be required.
Relevant security certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide security operations coverage including monitoring tickets, alerts, and incidents.
Administer and optimize security applications and platforms.
Collaborate with IT Server, Network, Desktop, and Application teams and vendors to implement security controls.
Coordinate rollout of changes to resolve complex environmental issues.
Rotate on-call coverage for one week at a time.
