The Security job family forms the Identity Security track within the IT function. Security Analysts administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of Client"s systems. They provide specialized technical knowledge. They contribute to the establishment of security related policies by identifying opportunities for effective use of security tools and procedures.
Individuals in this job position perform work at the entry-level within this job family. Identity Security Associate I are IT Security specialists. They demonstrate the ability to clearly express and share ideas and risks, both verbally and written, positively and effectively, with their supervisor and team members. As individual contributors, they are considered members of a group or team focused on delivering business goals by following structured processes and procedures to deliver results. They will work on small, isolated tasks where they are solely responsible for the work - their contribution is measured by their ability to complete the work assigned to them. Their contribution is limited to the small tasks assigned, and the success or failure to complete their work rarely impacts others.
