The United States District Court, District of Arizona in Phoenix seeks an Information Technology Security Administrator to protect the court’s cybersecurity posture across networks, cloud, apps and endpoints. You will lead threat analyses, risk mitigation and compliance efforts for judges and staff and serve as a technical advisor on security architecture.

Responsibilities include policy administration, asset protection, incident response coordination and training, with hands-on tool management

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive IT security experience with deep knowledge of cyber risk and incident response.
• Experience securing network, cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and on-prem environments.
• Familiarity with policy, framework alignment, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Ability to design, implement and document security controls and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT security strategy, assess threats and recommend risk mitigations across networks, cloud and endpoints.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, EDR/XDR deployment and incident response.
• Develop local security policies, templates and procedures aligned with judiciary frameworks.
• Provide cybersecurity training and technical guidance to judges, staff and IT leadership.
• Configure and monitor security tools (firewalls, SIEM, SOAR) and manage identity systems.
• Automate security checks using PowerShell, Python and Bash; parse and analyze logs.
