Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supporting IT, cloud, infrastructure, or technical engineering environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency facilitating Agile ceremonies and enabling structured team workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without authority and maintain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain disciplined execution of sprints, ensuring commitments, priorities, and dependencies are well understood and tracked.
• Remove impediments proactively and escalates issues when necessary while maintaining ownership until resolution.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, technical leads, Cloud Ops, Systems, Security, and Application teams to ensure backlog clarity and delivery alignment.
• Support crossteam coordination for work spanning cloud environments (AWS/Azure), infrastructure teams, and operational groups.
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, delivery risks, and operational trends to provide visibility to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational discipline, documentation consistency, and Agile maturity across teams.
• Reinforce workload transparency, healthy team interactions, and effective communication between engineering, leadership, and stakeholders.
