Job summary

United Launch Alliance seeks a Scrum Master in Centennial, Colorado to enable disciplined Agile delivery across IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve team collaboration to align with engineering goals.

You will help maintain clarity of priorities, ensure transparent workflows, and promote healthy communication patterns to support mission-critical software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

At ULA, the Scrum Master is responsible for enabling disciplined Agile delivery across IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. This role ensures predictable execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, strengthening cross‑team coordination, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master helps teams maintain clarity of priorities, transparent workflow management, and healthy communication patterns, ensuring alignment with IT operational and engineering objectives.
