Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. seeks an IT Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within the Information Technology department from our Lakewood, Colorado office. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure work aligns with business priorities and company goals.

You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and external vendors to plan, prioritize, and deliver technology initiatives, while communicating progress, risks, and value across leadership and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, PM or related field.
Three to five years leading technology initiatives and facilitating Agile teams.
Experience defining user stories and supporting Agile delivery practices.
Occasional travel to Encore regional offices may be required.
Construction industry experience and IT solutions in that context preferred.
Certifications such as CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP/PMP preferred; experience with Azure DevOps/Jira/Teamwork.com/Miro is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, assign tasks, oversee progress, and prepare reports on risks.
Track milestones, scope, issues, risks, and costs; report progress to sponsors and strategists.
Identify opportunities for business process improvements and build business cases as needed.
Evaluate solutions against requirements and guidelines; refine PM practices and PMI standards.
Lead technology initiatives with significant business-process implications and coach teams through change.
