What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on delivering sprint goals
• Promote Agile principles and best practices within the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliant processes and practices (e.g., FDA/CFR, GxP, EMA, HIPAA)
• Monitor and report on Agile metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
• 5 - 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and project tracking
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and GAMP 5, with experience in applying compliance principles
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
